The Zumba team at DC Club comprises of a choreographer who incorporate dance styles like hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo including workout regimes like squats and lunges.

These classes typically take about an hour & each class can help burn over 500-1000 calories depending on how much energy is rendered by each individual. So, join us at the DC Club and become Zumba fit!
